Personal Prayer of Commitment 1:
Heavenly Father, I Know that I am a sinner and I ask your forgiveness. I confess and believe
that Jesus Christ is Lord & Saviour and died for our sins. I believe that in my heart you raised Him from the dead.
I renounce my past life in sin and thank You for forgiving me. I invite You to come into my heart and life, following You
with trust and commitment as Lord and Savoir.
In Jesus' Name. Amen
OR
PRAYER OF COMMITMENT 2
Dear God, I come to You in the name
of Jesus.
I now realize that I have a
choice to make concerning my life. I believe that Jesus died and shed his blood for my sins and rose from the dead giving
me the way to fellowship with You and to live eternally with You.
Knowing this I choose to renounce
my past and I accept the price Jesus paid for me to be total and complete, because You said it is. I choose Jesus to be Lord
of my life and to live within me, and I choose to live for You from this moment on.
I believe right now that I am indeed
born again. My spirit is a brand new creation and I stand before You heavenly Father worthy because Jesus justifies me.
Thank You for loving me and accepting
me into your family.
Amen |

A Prayer Of Commitment To Make Things Better
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present
Holy Spirit, Precious Lord Jesus, I love you. In your name and by your power, I proclaim to you as my Lord and Savior,
that today, tomorrow, and for all the days of my life, I shall make every effort to change my life for the better. By your
power, I shall make every effort to change those adversities in my life that can be changed. By your power, I shall make
every effort to place in your hands those adversities in my life that cannot be changed. By your power, I shall make every
effort to make things better. By your power, I shall make every effort to make things better for my family. By your
power, I shall make every effort to make things better in regard to my health. By your power, I shall make every effort
to make things better in regard to my finances. By your power, I shall make every effort to make things better in regard
to my time. By your power, I shall make every effort to see past the present obstacles and see your hand always reaching
down to help me. By your power, I shall make every effort to grasp the hope you send to me each minute. By your power,
I shall make every effort to see beyond my present pain, present problems, and present adversities to that hour when we can
walk and talk with each other in eternity. All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ,
my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
Scripture References
For God so loved the world that he gave his one
and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world
to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17
Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never
go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not
believe. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come
down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me that I shall
lose none of all that he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father's will is that everyone who
looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day." John 6: 35-40
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to
the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him
and have seen him." John 14: 6-7
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,
and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never
be put to shame." Romans 10: 9-11
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once
regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has
gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry
of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And
he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were
making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to
be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5: 16-21
